    Q: How To Order
    How do I place an order?

    A: To place an order, click on the Add to Cart button next to each item. You can then check out or continue shopping and adding products to your cart. When checking out, you will have the option to create an account that will store your personal information, including your name, email and shipping address, so the next time you shop with us, all you will have to do is log into your account.     What information is collected and why?

    A: The following personal information may be collected during the checkout process:

    First and Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip
    Used for billing and shipment purposes.

    E-Mail Address
    Used for order confirmations and shipment notifications. In some cases we will use this for questions concerning your order. Your e-mail address will NOT be added to our mailing list unless requested separately. E-mail addresses are kept private and NEVER sold to marketing or outside companies.

    Telephone Number
    Used for questions concerning your order and as backup for shipment companies in case of difficulty in finding your location.

    Credit Card Number
    For orders paid via Credit Card ONLY

    Credit card transactions are processed in real time through our secure server. Our staff will not have access to your full credit card number information as an implemented measure of security for our customers.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    A: Visa, MasterCard & PayPal. If you need an additional payment method you must contact us for consideration of money orders and personal checks.

    Credit Cards are charged at time of order and will appears as Mr Momz General Store on your statement. All credit card information is collected over a secure server.

    Q: Shipping Prices and Ship Times
    What does it cost to have my order shipped? How long will it take to receive my order?

    A: *Please note- due to the importance of fresh ingredients and superior product taste many of our products will only be made when they are ordered. Please allow up to two weeks for shipment. Many items will ship immediately, please contact us if you need current product ship dates*

    We ship to the 48 Contiguous United States (USA), Hawaii, Alaska, and Internationally.

    Our items are of a heavy nature and as a result, our shipping prices will be higher than your average Internet market place. Our savings are instead listed in the price of the items we sell.

    If at ANY time the shipping charges are $1.00 or more lower than what you were charged at the time of sale, we will gladly refund the difference.

    $5.00 - $10.00 ~ $7.95
    $10.01 - $25.00 ~$9.95
    $25.01 - $50.00 ~ $11.95
    $50.01 - $75.00 ~ $13.95
    $75.01 - $100.00 ~ $14.95
    $100.01 - $125.00 ~ $15.95
    $125.01 - $150.00 ~ $18.95
    $150.01 - $175.00 ~ $20.95
    $175.01 - $200.00 ~ $22.95
    Orders $200.01 and up are based on weight, you will receive a separate shipping charge after your items are packaged based on exact shipping charge.

    Orders are shipped within 4 business days of receipt of your order. If it will be longer we will notify you asap. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery depending on your location.
    Orders are not shipped on the weekends. Our hours of operation are Mon - Friday.

    Q: Sales Tax
    Do you charge sales tax?

    A: 8.25% Sales Tax will be charged on all orders billed and/or shipped to Kansas addresses. If you are an out of state shopper but shipping to a resident in Kansas, you will be charged sales tax on the order.

    Q: Returns, Damages and Cancellations
    What is your policy for returns, damages or refunds?

    A: Returning Merchandise

    Due to the nature of our products being food, we cannot accept returns. ALL sales are final.

    Gift Certificates are non-returnable or redeemable for cash.

    Damages and Missing Merchandise

    You must NOTIFY us within 5 business days of delivery in order to receive a replacement or a credit on damaged merchandise. PLEASE save damaged product in original packing material and box for 5 days after notifying us of damages for transportation company to inspect if they wish too.

    Please notify us of any missing merchandise within 24 hours of receipt of your package.

    Refunds and Credits

    Refunds and store credits will be issued within 5 business days of notification of damaged goods or missing merchandise.

    Gift certificates are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

    Cancellations

    Please contact us as soon as you can as we do not allow cancellations once an order is shipped and many orders ship the day they are placed.

    Q: Product Shelf Life
    How long are your mixes good for storage?

    A: Cheese items have a shelf life of 6 months. All other items are one year. PLEASE keep out of strong light, direct or indirect.
