Sign up for our e-mail newsletter  and be entered to win our Fall Harvest Collection.  A random drawing is made from our entire email subscriber list at the end of the entry period. No purchase necessary to be entered into our drawings.

ENTRY PERIOD:

Sweepstakes entry period is from 7/01/2010 at 12:01am Central Time to 7/31/2010 at 11:59pm Central Time. One entry per household per e-mail.

ELIGIBILITY:

Open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States, 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Must be a current and active member of newsletter subscriber list in order to be eligible for prizes.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

One winners will be selected. One winner will be selected from our entire Newsletter Subscribers List in a random drawing on .

Once submitted, entries become the sole property of River Street Gourmet and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by email, using the email address provided during entry. If potential winner cannot be reached after 7 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

PRIVACY:

Participants' names and email addresses will be kept private and will only be used for delivering newsletters and notification if a winner. Participants may opt out of newsletters in the future, but only current subscribers will be included in the current month's drawing.

GENERAL RULES:

By participating in this giveaway, participants agree that River Street Gourmet, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the contest. Prize must be taken in the time noted in email to be sent to recipients. Prizes are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of the prize indicates acceptance of all the contingencies inherent to the prize offered, including the date and time period specified. Winner agrees to abide by all contingencies and components of the prize or forfeit the prize. The sponsor may use winner’s name and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning any prize are the winner's responsibility. Winners may receive an IRS form 1099 with the above stated value at year-end.

By participating in this giveaway, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the contest judges.
